Queen’s ‘A Kind Of Magic’ album served as unofficial soundtrack to the film. Michael arranged Brian May’s ‘Who Wants To Live Forever’ that also served as love theme for the movie and was integrated by Michael into the score. He also conducted his arrangements for Queen’s music video of the song.
Portions of Michael’s score were released in 1995 on a compilation album in conjunction with the release of ‘Highlander III’.
