Michael initiated and was Co-Founder and Trustee of THE MR. HOLLAND'S OPUS FOUNDATION which continues to provide musical instruments to students and schools from June 1999.
For more than a quarter of a century, the Foundation has been transforming lives.
More than two million students have benefited from 30,000 instruments donated to over 1500 schools.
